2.Is this product supposed to smoke? Because every time I lay it down it just smokes and it is kind of scary.
No that didnt happen to me when trying out this product.
3.How long does it take to straighten hair with this brush when comparing it to a regular hair straightener?
If you part the hair in small sections, not long at all. But this is NOT a brush, nor a comb. At least not like what we are used to. Its spirals that kind of loop. No beginning or end. Hard to explain. Pictured is the "comb/brush" and the little brush (circular thing) is similar to a detangler brush. What I really like though, is they give you this great glove that you hold your ht hair with, so you don't burn your fingers. Works well!
4.I have long thick hair. Its curly underneath, but wavy in some parts. Would this work on my hair?
Yes. I have long, thick, curly hair and this is the only thing that has worked for me (besides my hairdresser).
